Valentines Weekend at Hound & Heather

Treat your special someone to a Valentine’s celebration they’ll never forget. Our Executive Head Chef, Will Ingarfill, has crafted a superb three-course menu full of bold flavours and indulgent treats – perfect for sharing the love.

14th & 15th February
£40 per person

The evening begins with a glass of refreshing limoncello fizz to set the mood, accompanied by our freshly baked sourdough focaccia and miso whipped butter – a delightful start to your culinary journey. For starters, choose from enticing options such as seared scallops with strawberry and lime, roasted squash ravioli with dolcelatte and hazelnuts, or our beautifully balanced balsamic-roasted watermelon with bocconcini and pine nut butter.

Next, move on to the mains, where standout dishes like the sharer Steak Fiorentina with lobster mac and cheese take centre stage. Other vibrant choices include Brussels sprout risotto with crispy leeks or langoustine and nduja gnocchi with prosecco. Each dish is bursting with flavour and lovingly prepared to make your evening truly special.

And then, for the grand finale – A Walk Through Venice. This shared dessert experience is a celebration of all things sweet, featuring white chocolate cannoli, espresso martini tiramisu, rhubarb panna cotta, and lemon biscotti. It’s the perfect way to round off your evening in style.
